IIT-R Alumni Meet 9th Jan - 2010

We are all set for the Alumni meet on 9th-January ( coming Saturday) at IAS Club from 5:00pm onwards.
Tentative Schedule for the event:
5:00-5:30pm - Welcome Drinks
5:30-7:30pm - Games ( for Children,Couples etc.)
7:30-8:00pm - Formal Introduction
8:00-10:00pm - DJ and Dinner
Some action items:
1. We need CONFIRMATION!!. Please indicate who is coming and with how many family members, by the end of 7th-Jan.
2. IIT-Roorkee T-Shirts, Limited Quantity of 40. White colour, with Collar and IITR Logo/IIT-Roorkee embroidered on the front pocket. Price:Rs 265/-. If you indicated your choice in the last meet, please pickup the T-Shirt at the venue. If not, they are available on First Come First Serve basis. So please hurry!!
